Terms and Conditions

Royston Bin Cleaning Services Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides residential and commercial bin cleaning services across Hertfordshire, East Cambridgeshire, Central Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire. By booking or using our services, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

• We offer one-off cleans and recurring cleans.

• Customers may sign up online or by direct arrangement.

• Invoices are sent via email after the cleaning has been completed.

• No upfront payments are required.

• Please settle invoices within 7 days of receipt.

• Refunds are not applicable as payments are only taken after services are carried out.

• Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or skip an

  appointment.

• If bins are not left out and we are unable to clean, this will be charged as a

  wasted visit at the full-service price.

• Bins containing oil, paint, animal faeces, or human faeces will be classed as

  contaminated.

• Contaminated bins will not be cleaned but will be charged at the full cleaning

  price.

• Bins must be accessible and free of waste at the agreed time.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are structurally sound and safe to clean.

• We take care to provide services to a high standard.

• We accept no liability for:

  • Pre-existing damage to bins.

  • Damage caused by faulty or weakened bins.

  • Indirect or consequential losses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Customers repeatedly fail to provide access to bins.

• Bins present health or safety risks.

• Terms are breached.

• Consistent late payments occur.
